What is a running assessment?
Your physiotherapist will complete a thorough and comprehensive assess
ment of your strength, flexibility, and motor control along with a detailed video analysis of your running technique. Once the assessment is completed a report will be created with the key findings of the assessment along with feedback on how you can improve your running technique and recommended stretching/strengthening exercises.
