Frequently Asked Questions

Need help?

  • I have enrolled but have still not received my login details to start my online learning?

You should have received your login to our  Learning Management System via email from Talent LMS and been able to access all course content.

Please check your junk email as occasionally we find these emails have been marked as junk by your in-box.

If you are still having trouble with access, then please contact us and your login will be re-sent to you.

  • I am enrolled to attend a session but am now unable to attend – what do I do?

If you are unable to attend a session you have enrolled in, please contact us to arrange an alternative or discuss a refund (Conditions apply)

Please note that you are required to complete all four sessions to obtain your certificate, however, they do not need to be consecutive and can be done at any time throughout the year.

  • The course I am interested in attending is sold out – do you have a waitlist?

We are happy to waitlist you for a course.

Please contact us and advise what course you would like to be placed on a waitlist for.

You will be contacted should a place become available.

  • Can I attend only 1 or 2 days from the 4-Day intensive course and then complete the other sessions another time?

You are required to attend all four sessions of this course so you will need to complete this course over the scheduled dates in May only.

The 4-day intensive course is designed specifically for regional and interstate participants to complete all at one time.

If you would prefer flexibility, please enrol in the individual sessions 1-4  being held throughout the year at various times.

  • Can I participate live online for this course?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at this stage - Our In person training is not live-streamed or recorded and this is a hands-on clinical practical course.

  • How do I get to your venue?

    PLEASE NOTE TRANSPORT DISRUPTIONS

If travelling by car please allow extra time for your journey and check Google Maps for the best route for you as there are MAJOR ROADWORKS on the Westgate Freeway for the West Gate Tunnel project and ongoing exit, lane and ramp closures on the Westgate Freeway and surrounds, including Millers Road and the M80 Interchange.

For specific information regarding closures visit:

     https://bigbuild.vic.gov.au/projects/west-gate-tunnel-project/landing-pages/west-gate-freeway-traffic-changes

Our site has plenty of car parking if you are arriving by car. We are located next to the Taco Bill Restaurant.

Public transport access is also available via Bus on Routes 412 or 432 or via Train to Newport Station and then Bus 471.

If you need further assistance in getting to our venue, please ask.

  • I will be coming from regional Victoria or interstate. Can you recommend some accommodation close by?

We recommend participants stay at the Punt Hill Apartments in Williamstown. This accommodation has parking facilities, is very close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and is only a short 5 minute drive from our venue. Alternative accommodation may be also found at Quest Apartments, Williamstown

  • Can I attend the Pelvic Pain - Session 5 Course without doing the other foundations sessions first?

The Pelvic Pain - Session 5 is an extension course and is only for those students who have completed our Pelvic Health Foundations Course, or the WHTA Courses. Please contact us directly if you feel you don't fit into these categories and still would like to participate.

  • Can I attend the Rectal Day - Session 6 without doing the other foundations sessions first?

The Rectal Day - Session 6 is an extension course and is only for those students who have completed our Pelvic Health Foundations Course, or the WHTA Courses. Please contact us directly if you feel you don't fit into these categories and still would like to participate.

  • Can I attend this course if I am pregnant?

Generally, you are welcome to attend these courses while pregnant however please contact us in advance to confirm the specific dates you are interested in.

This course relies on participants being able to act as both physio and patient during role-play practical sessions therefore we do need to balance the number of students who are unable to participate fully due to pregnancy or other medical conditions at each session.
