all about the 'P's and more...
pelvic floor | pregnancy | postnatal | perimenopause | prolapse | pee | poo
and what some mums may have - a pram dram!
Our FREE PD sessions for fitness professionals are all about pelvic health, designed to assist you in supporting your clients during training sessions.
All sessions will run independently. There are no prerequisites to attending just one or all three - other than being a qualified personal trainer or fitness professional.
Session 1 (1 hour - 22 February) - Pelvic Health through Pregnancy
Session 2 (90min practical - 20 June - in person only) - Exercise progressions for complex clients
Session 3 - (31 October)
All qualified personal trainers and fitness professionals are welcome
For those attending in person, or online - our expert physiotherapist and director of Pelvic Health Melbourne, Alexandra Lopes will keep you engaged, whilst providing insight into all our 'P's relating to pelvic health.
Sessions are scheduled throughout the year in our Altona North Clinic.
Waitlisting is available if a session is sold-out.
Please use the "Waitlist for a session" button on this page to add your name to a waitlist for a sold-out session. You will then be contacted if we can offer you a place.
If you can’t attend in person you can join the virtual event.
These sessions are popular and frequently get booked out, so to assist us with managing bookings, please let us know if you can't attend.
