  • What will you learn?

    Our Pelvic Health Foundations Courses offer online as well as face-to-face learning.  


    All participants are expected to complete the online learning before attending the face-to-face event, as the online component is assumed knowledge to progress into the practical component.  


    All course days in the Women's Health Course include an internal examination. Informed consent is involved for each day to perform an internal examination. Whilst we do need to be able to practice on each other, it is your choice to undergo an internal examination. 


    Women's Pelvic Health:  Day 1-4

    (Course open to enrolments by female students only)


    Day One: Stress Urinary Incontinence

    External pelvic muscle palpation, internal vaginal exam, pelvic floor muscle strengthening, case studies.


    Day Two: Bladder Urgency and Bladder Diaries

    Bladder urgency, pelvic floor muscle relaxation/down training, bladder diaries treatments for urgency. 


    Day Three: Pelvic Pain

    External pain assessment and internal vaginal exam for any intimacy pain or pelvic pain. (Pain in the abdomen, hip, groin, vagina, vulva, anus and perineum.) 


    Day Four: Bowel/Rectal Exams 

    Management of constipation, diarrhoea, and soiling



    Men's Pelvic Health  - Day 5

    (Course open to enrolments by female and male participants)


    Introduction to Men's Pelvic Health 

    Pelvic floor muscle strengthening 

    Prehab and Rehab for Prostatectomy

    All course dates are subject to change due to minimum enrolment numbers requirements and unforeseen circumstances.

    This course is being conducted in Manila, Philippines, and is for any Licensed or accredited Medical Doctor or Physical Therapist interested in Pelvic Health who would like to learn more in this area.

    Women's Pelvic Health Course 4 Day is only open for enrolment to female participants


    Intro to Men's Pelvic Health 1-Day is open for enrolment to both female and male participants.
