PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Clients: Women only
Pelvic Health Interests: Pregnancy, postnatal, bladder, bowel, incontinence, prolapse, mastitis, dry needling
I believe the best way for a patient to receive care is for it to be tailored to their needs. I have skills in exercise prescription, pilates, dry needling, and manual therapy, but what I strive to do best is to hear the individual's story and walk alongside them on their journey towards their goals.

Originally from Scotland, I first travelled to Australia as part of my University studies and fell in love with the quality of life and having more than 10 days of sunshine a year. When I am not in the clinic, life is busy chasing after twin toddlers. I look forward to their pace slowing and having more family time at the beach or in the hills and perhaps resurrecting competitive running or roller derby again.
My physiotherapy journey started like many people, from participating in sports to following a career path in sports. During my last 13 years working in a sports clinic, it has been my experiences working with people struggling with real-life events such as childbearing; receiving a cancer diagnosis and chronic pain or health conditions that have been the most rewarding.
Before our twins were born I worked with a team of pelvic health physiotherapists providing rehabilitation programs for pre and postnatal clients, and now, after 20 years as a therapist, I am moving into the pelvic health space full-time.
