Having just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide, Nicole enjoys going on runs and exploring various hiking trails. She looks forward to also swimming at the many beaches Victoria has to offer!

Clinical Experience

Beginning her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Nicole has worked extensively with a wide range of patients, from athletes to everyday individuals, treating both acute injuries and chronic conditions. Her approach emphasizes the importance of restoring

optimal movement and function, enabling clients to return to the activities they love.

Through her training as a Clinical Pilates Instructor, Nicole has developed a deep understanding of movement patterns and the power of controlled exercises to improve strength, mobility, and postural alignment. This led her to combine her physiotherapy

expertise with Pilates-based rehabilitation, providing clients with a holistic approach to recovery and long-term health.

Driven by a personal interest in women’s health, Nicole now specializes in pelvic health physiotherapy, having seen firsthand the significant impact that pelvic health issues can have on women’s lives. She is passionate about helping women of all ages and life stages to regain strength, function, and confidence in their bodies. Nicole uses a

combination of manual therapy, movement-based techniques, and Pilates training to address pelvic floor dysfunctions, incontinence, and other related conditions, ensuring her clients feel supported, empowered, and well-informed. Her mission is to educate,

inspire, and equip women to embrace their bodies fully, without pain, shame, or limitation.
