Therese’s passion for health and fitness flows into her life outside the clinic – she’s always on the move! Be that spending time at the gym, competing in bodybuilding competitions, or signing up for Australia’s first-ever alpine Spartan Race at Mt Baw Baw. Even her fur baby takes advantage of her endless energy, Pirate is one lucky greyhound and the envy of the neighbourhood as he heads out on one of his many daily walks with Therese.
Therese has extensive experience in womens’ health, strength and conditioning training, rehabilitating athletes from injury and orthopaedic surgeries. She has supported elite AFL and AFLW athletes with physiotherapy.
She is passionate about providing a holistic approach to her patient care and wellbeing, drawing on her experience as a clinical pilates instructor and interests in nutrition, hormonal health, fertility, and alternative medicines to support her patients. She uses this approach whilst treating women with pelvic floor concerns, bladder issues, as well as during pregnancy and to assist post-natal women with their functional and exercise goals.
